We have an opportunity at a practice located in Peterborough who are recruiting for a Permanent Head Veterinary Nurse position to help the team in the rapid growth of the practice. They are looking for someone who can drive the practice forward and support both the vet and nurse teams with ease and confidence. The ideal candidate will have high standards of nursing care and excellent leadership skills to inspire and evolve the nursing team. The hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:30pm, along with the additional weekends on a shared rota. There will be no OOH work. Although this is a full time role, part time applications will also be considered.

About you:

• You will need to be confident in your own abilities and have excellent clinical and customer service skills to succeed in this
• Teamwork, patient care, high standards and relationships building with clients are at the forefront of what they do
• They are looking for an enthusiastic, goal oriented and self-motivated veterinary nurse to continue the rapid growth of the practice.
• You will need to be comfortable liaising with other veterinary team members, specialists and service providers

Package:

• Salary: 31,900 per annum
• 500 CPD plus 5 days paid leave
• RCVS fees covered
• 6 weeks annual leave
