We are recruiting a veterinary surgeon for an independent small animal practice in Stockport.

This role is full time, working Monday to Friday (9am - 6:30pm), 5 days a week working 40 hours and a 1 in 3 Saturday morning. This practice has an experienced team and are therefore able to offer the role to recent graduates or talented veterinary professionals who are looking for a supportive team to further develop their surgical skills.

Key Details:

• Type: Small Animal
• Hours: 5 days per week / 40 hours (Monday - Friday 9am to 6:30pm)
• Weekends: 1:3 Saturdays
• Sole Charge: Occasional but minimal
• OOH: None

About them:

This independent practice has facilities including ultrasound, digital X-ray, multiple operating theatres, separate dog and cat wards, exotics work, Idexx laboratory suite, endoscopy and dental X-ray.

Their team is extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and all staff prioritise the welfare of patients at all times.

Package:

• Salary between 35,000 and 50,000 dependent on experience pro rata

Must haves:

• RCVS registered and qualified
• Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ideally some post graduate experience
