An opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic recently graduated Veterinary Surgeon to join a RCVS accredited practice on a full-time, permanent basis. Working hours will be up to 40 per week on average, with a Saturday rota of 1 in 3 and no out of hours or on call required - offering fantastic work-life balance!

The practice is extremely well established with a loyal client base in the area, as well as working collaboratively with animal welfare and wildlife charities.

They have a great team of experienced vets and nurses, with a variety of interests looking to share their experience and support a newly graduated vet in their career development.

Key Details:

• Role: Permanent Veterinary Surgeon
• Type: Small Animal
• Hours: Full-time
• Weekdays: Shifts between 9am and 7pm - up to 40 hour week
• Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays
• OOHs: None required
• Branch work: None
• Sole Charge: Branch and weekends
• Team: 5 Vets and 5 RVNs plus support staff

Package:

• Salary commensurate with experience starting from 32,000 up to 45,000
• CPD allowance of 1500 negotiable
• 5 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays
• VDS covered
• Further study supported and encouraged

Must haves:

RCVS registered and qualified

Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom

Valid UK driving license
