Professional veterinary recruitment

We are recruiting a permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent small animal practice on the outskirts of Newbury Berkshire.

This is a full-time role however part time hours are also considered. There is a weekend rota but no OOH. The team comprises of 4 Vets, 3 RVN, 3 SVNS and supporting staff. They have 3 branches so the role may involve covering at another branch where required. This is a first opinion small animal practice which sees a wide variety of cases.

They are looking for a confident veterinary surgeon who is comfortable with routine consultations and surgeries. They would also welcome applications from newly qualified surgeons as there is plenty of support available. Whilst being a supportive practice they also believe in offering clinical freedom, so the surgeon is able to full work up cases from start to finish.

The practice actively supports professional development and areas of special interest and certificates are encouraged.

Package:

• Salary - 35,000 -50,000 Pro Rata

Must haves:

• RCVS registered and qualified
