We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established, independently owned small animal practice in the Highgate area, North London.

The practice is recruiting a veterinary nurse to join them permanently, ideally on a part time basis but with full time hours being considered. They day days to work are Tuesday to Thursday, with additional work being available for the right candidate.

Nursing duties to include admitting and discharging surgical patients, assisting in surgery, monitoring anaesthesia, preparation and cleaning of surgical area and equipment, care of surgery inpatients, maintaining clinical areas, stocking and general first opinion nursing duties.

The surgery is easily accessible via public transport, and car parking vouchers are available. Close to one of London's beautiful parks and situated in an historic area in the heart of the city our client can offer a fantastic working environment.

Package:

Salary depending on experience and hours worked, likely to be between 24,000 and 28,000 (pro rata if part time)
