Our clients in Sutton Coldfield are looking for a long term locum to join them for a minimum of 3 months throughout the rest of this year. Our client is open to locum bookings of 3-4 months, or the possibility of a fixed term contract. Accommodation is available if required. There is no OOH. IR35 exempt so Ltd company candidates not a problem.

The role is 4 days per week, with no weekends or ooh. 8:30am to 6:30pm, Monday - Friday.

About them:

An independently owned small animal practice in the Sutton Coldfield area with a close knit team of veterinary professionals, who provide a high standard of care. The practice has state of the art equipment including a full Idexx lab suite - including Procyte, 2 Catalyst biochem analysers and Sedivue. Sonobook 8 ultrasound (colour Doppler, Pulse wave, 3 probes - 2 micro convex, 1 phased array). Digital Xray. Endoscopy. Multiparameter anaesthesia monitoring, including CO2, and nurses that know how to use it. Tonopen. Bair Hugger. Dedicated cat ward. The practice is family run and have a wealth of experience and industry knowledge.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will be a veterinary surgeon with 2+ years' experience working in a UK practice You will need to be within a commutable distance of Sutton Coldfield (or relocating) and have a passion for the veterinary industry. However, there is very nice accommodation on site should you require it. Ideally you are looking to use all your veterinary skills, with a key focus on expanding surgical knowledge.

Must have:

• RCVS registration
• The right to work in the United Kingdom
• 2+ years post graduate UK experience
