Our client in Hemsworth require an experienced locum veterinary surgeon to join their busy, small animal practice in West Yorkshire. This locum role is to start as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. The practice is flexible over the starting date. Hours: Monday - Friday, working 9am - 7pm, with occasional Saturdays and no OOH.

Our client has 2 receptionists and 2 nurses (1 being a long term locum). They do consultations and theatre work so the vet will need to be competent in both areas.

This position is long term for the ideal candidate but they must provide their own VDS cover.

They must also provide their own face shield and wear this along with a face mask at all times in practice (unless eating/drinking of course). If unable to wear a face shield due to health reasons, then they must purchase and wear their own goggles/glasses.
