We are recruiting a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in Ferndown Dorset from the September - 30th October. This is a full-time sole charge role working within an independent small animal practice. The role is 1st opinion with a mixture of consultations and surgery. There is accommodation available and no ooh requirements.

The Vet will be working alongside a 2 RVNS, 1 SVN and an ANA.

A minimum of 2 years' experience is required.

• Hours: 9am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday, Saturday 9am - 12pm
• OOH: None
• Sole Charge: Yes
• Weekend hours: 3 Saturday mornings
• Branch work: None - single independent practice branch
• Team: 2p/t RVNs, 1SVN, 2ANAs
• Computer System: EZ Vet
• Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience required
• Facilities: Ultrasound, X-ray, new dental machine
• Accommodation: Provided
• Car: N/A
• Day Rate: Negotiable

Must haves:

RCVS Registered & Qualified or soon to be.

Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Have excellent verbal / written communication skills
