Professional veterinary recruitment

We are recruiting for a Locum Registered Veterinary Nurse to provide cover at a small animal practice in Leigh. The role offers various day and night shifts over the coming months. This is a small animal independent practice who provide their own ooh service.

The practice requires a Locum Nurse to provide across certain dates in October through to December. These are a mixture of day and night shifts which are outlined below. The role would be ideal for a Locum RVN who would like to do 2-3 months of varying shifts.

October

9th/10th/16 and 25th 1pm - 11pm

17th/21st/22nd/23rd and 24th 8pm - 8am

November

6th 1pm - 11pm

26th & 27th 8pm -8am

December

8th & 11th 1pm - 11pm

17th/18th and 19th 4pm - 2am

Shifts that are from 1pm - 11pm are cross over shifts and the practice can push these back to 3pm or 4pm starts if required. There is very little solo working for the RVN and there is also a night VCA who is on shift until 6am for additional help.

Must haves:

RCVS Registered & Qualified or soon to be.

Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Have excellent verbal / written communication skills
