We are recruiting a Locum Night Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal practice in Diss, Norfolk on a fixed term basis for 6 months. This is a part time role for 4 nights on and 4 nights off. You will work sole charge with a vet on-call.

The Nurse would be joining a large team of 16 nurses within his 24hour small animal practice. They are a bright modern and spacious practice offering a wide range of modern veterinary services and facilities. They are a mixed animal practice working with both small and equine animals.

They are looking for a forward thinking and enthusiastic nurse who has high patient care standards and excellent client care skills. They will be passionate about all areas of nursing and animal welfare. It is important that they have excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team.

Key Details:

• Type: Small animal
• Hours: Part time, 4 nights on and 4 nights off
• Weekend: Yes, depending on rota
• OOH: Yes
• Sole Charge: Yes, with vet on-call
• Team: 16 nurses
• Consultations: 15 Minutes

• Salary: Up to 28,000 pro rata, commensurate to experience
